Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Manager to develop an annual sales plan focused on exceeding targets.
Engage in meaningful conversations with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend tailored solutions using our diverse product line and brand standards.
Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
Follow up diligently on leads generated from various sources, including phone calls, marketing initiatives, and face-to-face meetings.
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and closed deals, within assigned territories.
Implement effective follow-up procedures for estimates and proposals.
Prepare detailed status reports for weekly sales meetings, highlighting progress towards goals.
Foster positive team relationships and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid remote work setup with occasional office and light manufacturing environment visits.
May require occasional overnight travel, weekend, or evening commitments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., ShopTracker, Salesforce) preferred.
Knowledge of the signage industry or related field is advantageous.
Compensation:
Commission-based starting salary of $45,000+ with additional incentives based on sales performance.
